As a therapist at our renowned institution, you'll deliver top-tier psychotherapy to patients with a spectrum of behavioral health needs. Dive into the depths of personal stories through detailed psychosocial assessments, offer impactful individual, couples, and family therapy, and work alongside non-physician providers to develop comprehensive psychiatric care. Document every moment of healing and progress promptly, ensuring the continuity of exceptional care every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy services embracing diverse patient needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and deliver targeted individual, couples, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with non-physician providers to curate and coordinate the finest psychiatric treatments.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, respecting timelines for swift and effective communication.
  • Engage in patient reassessment to refine and, if necessary, rechart therapeutic treatment plans, with a profound focus on childhood disorders.
  • Leverage diverse psychotherapeutic modalities to drive patient growth and healing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
  • Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred to enhance patient communication.
